    Since posting this a couple of hours ago I have now got my beer. It somehow ended up at a different address further up the road. Luckily a kind neighbour walked to my house with it. A lot people might have kept it and drank it. Looking forward to trying it. I have to say flavourly customer service were very helpful. Yodel not so.

    Still waiting for delivery,no sign of it after 4 days.

    My second order made last Monday, contacted customer service on Thursday, Yodal’s tracking said the parcel hadn’t been received. Guy said he’d reship. Get an email Today, Saturday to say it’s been dispatched and received at Yodal, expect order on Tuesday.
    You’d think they might have...
    A. Shipped a little quicker under the circumstances.
    B. Chose a faster shipping method to get my lost order faster.
    C. Offered a gesture of goodwill for the mess.

    Definitely going to make me rethink any future orders. Reading this thread, looks like I’m not the only one and no response on here from Flavourly? Very strange way to treat customers when you are trying to grow your business. I’m going to take this to social media see if the issue is more widespread.

    I don’t mind businesses or individuals making mistakes, we are only human, it’s how a company deals with those mistakes that sets them apart from the competition.

    At the moment this looks like a fail I’m afraid. Shame as I really like the look of the business... Back to my previous craft beer & Gin company then.,,

    Yodel says they have delivered my parcel, I know they didnt even try as I was working in my garage when the tracking details went from next stop to delivered. Same applies as above, if I knew you used yodel I would not have bought from you, they are the worst delivery company going hence the cheapness and why they have lost loads of contracts.
