As a new customer I liked the 20 beer for £19 deal. Ordered it last night. Got a text today saying a delivery card was left, and an email saying my parcel was left on my rear porch, I don’t have a rear porch or any safe access to the rear of my house unless the delivery man climbed over a 7 foot high van. So I have no idea where my beer is and Yodel who were delivering it said they’d start an investigation.
What I am most disappointed with is finding out my beer was sent with Yodel. This is now the 3rd parcel of mine that Yodel have lost. I was really looking to trying my beer and I was ready to order more and be a regular customer. But I will not order again now I know they use Yodel.
