I've raised a ticket about this problem, but for some reason it's been marked as 'solved' even though nothing has been resolved IMO.
My box beer arrived on my door step yesterday with broken glass sticking out the side where the bottles were broken from being dropped/kicked/thrown on floor. Fairly typical of Yodel to be honest.
I've had an email or two saying "oh no, sorry to here that" but nothing seems to be getting resolved. I've reported the driver to Yodel obviously, but is that it?
