By default, your subscription recurs on the same day that it was created each month.
For example, if you joined on the 10th of April, your next recurrence date would be the 10th of May (or June if your subscription is bi-monthly, or July if your subscription is quarterly.) Your recurrence date is the dispatch date for your parcel, and not the delivery date. You can expect your parcel to be with you within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
If this date doesn’t work for you, don’t worry! You can adjust this at any time. Just log into your account by clicking ‘sign in’ on the top right of flavourly.com. Enter your email and password as usual.
On the menu that appears click on the “Memberships” section, where you can find and change your ‘recurrence date’. Please note that we cannot process this change within 24 hours of your recurrence date – please make sure to do this in advance!
