Your Flavourly account is a one-stop-shop for any updates you might need to make – whether that’s a change to your account details, an update to your password, or a change in delivery address. All you need to do is log-in and click on “My Account”, and the left-hand navigation panel will show you all the options there are to choose from. You can change your delivery and/or billing address at any point, before placing your order, by accessing your Flavourly account.
If you would like to change either your billing or delivery address, simply log into your Flavourly account, then:
- To change your delivery address please click on 'address book'. Here you can see all the addresses that have been previously used. Inside your address book, you can delete any addresses that are no longer needed by selecting 'delete'. We always advise you to please clear out any old addresses to prevent any errors while placing your orders. To add a new address, click 'add new address'.
- To change your billing address click on 'payments' in your account's main menu and here you will see your payment card(s) with the associated billing addresses. Use the button marked 'change payment card' to make any amendments.
PLEASE NOTE: If the incorrect delivery address has been entered, and your order is still 'processing', our Flavourly support team will be able to amend this for you between the hours of 9-5 Monday- Friday. If your order is no longer in processing when our team get to your message, regrettably, we cannot amend your address for you. What we will be able to do is apply a stop and return to your order, and issue you a replacement, with the correct address. Due to the cost incurred by doing this, we do charge a small fee of £5 for this action to be carried out.
