Here at Flavourly, we consider the safety of our customers, couriers and our team of the utmost importance. To ensure the continued safety of our service, there have been some small changes to our ordinary operations.
Due to safety precautions in our warehouse and our courier's depots, please do be aware that delivery may take an extra 2-3 business days. We understand that this may be a disappointing or unwelcome delay, but the safety of our customers, couriers and staff is of the utmost importance to us here at Flavourly.
Our courier currently operates a contact-free delivery service. Your parcel will be left at your front door, and the driver will wait at a 2-metre distance for you to answer and collect this parcel. The safety of our customers as well as our courier is paramount, and we do understand that it can be inconvenient to have their beers left on the ground for some of our less able customers, but due to the current climate, this is a step that we are required to take.
