Can’t quite remember your username/password? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! Getting back into your account is nice and easy. All you need to do is the following:
Your Flavourly username is simply the email address you use to place your orders. If you can’t recall this, or have any difficulties, you can contact us, with your name and delivery postcode, and a member of our customer service team will be able to track down your account for you.
If you have the email address associated with this account, but not the password, you can request a password reset through our website. Underneath the password window when you log in, you'll see a message stating "Forgot your password? Click here" - this will lead you to the password reset window, where you can enter your email address and receive a link to reset your password in your email inbox. If you do not receive a password reset email within 24 hours, please contact us and a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to resolve this for you.
