If you have placed an order to the wrong address by accident, please contact us as quickly as possible using our contact form. So long as your order is still in 'processing', or on hold, and you are within our Customer service hours, (9-5, Monday- Friday) then it is likely that one of our agents will be able to amend your order before it is packed by our warehouse.
If your parcel is already in 'packing', 'packed', or 'dispatched', then unfortunately, your order is on its way to our courier and we are unable to make any further amendments. Our team does have the ability to contact the courier to request very minor adjustments, for example, house number, but we cannot amend any more complex details.
Our team does have the option to recall this parcel, where we can make any necessary changes and re-dispatch this for you. Due to the cost incurred by this, however, we are required to charge a small fee of £5 for this service.
