If you have placed an order to the wrong address by accident, please contact us as quickly as possible using our contact form. So long as your order is still in 'processing', and you are within our Customer service hours, (9-5, Monday- Friday) then it is likely that one of our agents will be able to amend your order before it is packed by our warehouse.
If your parcel is already in 'packing', 'packed', or 'dispatched', then unfortunately, your order is out of our hands and no amendments can be made. Our team does have the ability to amend an incorrect house number after dispatch, but we cannot amend any more complex details. Not to worry, all is not lost, we do have the ability to recall you order, and dispatch a new order with the amended details- however we do charge a small fee of £5 for this due to the costs incurred to Flavourly.
