    My order hasn't been delivered yet even though I received delivery confirmation (as if it was delivered yesterday). Can you please let me know when I can expect it.

    My order has been with hermes for a week and I can't get a reply from them or you. Wishing I'd have went with beer 52 now!

    My order hasn't been delivered yet all though I received delivery confirmation. Then I checked order status again it changed from delivered to mesage saying with Hermes. A week on, and I dont get any replay from Hermes and my beer is still not here.

    @John A S Andrews and sramancauskaite, I've had exactly the same issue for over a week now.

    Has your situation been resolved?

    We all appreciate the testing times, but to have no communication is really poor, especially given how quickly the money leaves our account before the beer is sent.  I sent an email 2/3 days ago and am yet to have any sort of reply.

    Hi, another here who's had exactly the same issue. Likewise I understand that things are very busy at this time but the lack of communication, or even acknowledgement is very poor.

    They eventually got back to me, one person saying it was lost and another saying broken. To be fair the fault here is Hermes, they are terrible and I don't really get why Flavourly use them!  I eventually got the money credited back and made another order as the offer I wanted was sold out!  2 weeks without beer, I wasn't happy but got some in the end.

    I also am waiting for an order that Hermes have now had for 5 days, i've had nothing but problems since flavourly started using them.

    I had one order where you get 2 free glasses with the order, they bashed the box around so much that the glasses broke. Can you believe that Hermes opened the box, removed most of the broken glass, resealed it, then delivered it to me like nothing had happened. I found pieces of Flavourly glasses in the bottom of the box.That is absolutely disgusting!

    Flavourly made good and sent me glasses, but the fact that Hermes actually "opened" my order, took stuff out the box, then re-sealed it (with a different type of packing tape), then handed it to me like nothing had happened.

    I personally would not use Hermes if they delivered for free

    It would seem Hermes are struggling with their workload. I am missing my order too. The tracking said they would deliver on 20th but still no sign...maybe they like the beer and that's why they keep going missing?!? Order 425814 if you can look into it please

    Same old, same old. Another parcel nicked by Hermes or just not despatched by yourselves. Both you and Hermes are incredibly hard to communicate with. 6 weeks in and no beers. I understand that delivery companies are under pressure but everything else I’ve ordered from other companies has arrived with no issues.

    I have been waiting for weeks, the Cotswold Brewery is 15 minutes from my house.... This service is absolutely shocking....it told me up to a week and been now two weeks as Hermes seem to have it and not delivered.... I will be talking to the brewery and informing them to drip this bunch of clowns

    Order number #461287, Hermes have had my parcel for a week but have been changing the date that it ‘arrived’ at the depot since Friday 12th June. Unable contact Hermes or Flavourly about it, is there any way this could be looked into please?

    Order 488658 has been in processing for a week with no progress and no delivery. I placed another order after this one which arrived in 24 hours. Please send beers or refund money....not impressed with no info and contact possibilities are shocking.

    Order 510575 dispatched by my hermes and was out for delivery Friday 17th July. Delivery time changed by the myhermes driver. Was at home all day then received notification that the parcel had been delivered. Surprised as was home and then checked outside the house and shocked to find No parcel. So no beer for the weekend and now out of pocket!!!!

    Having now read posts above, this seems to be a reccuring issue with myhermes and I'm shocked flavourly are still using them. Now using their 72hr response via message system to hopefully get a refund. not impressed so far!!!

    Update to the above post:

    Had a very helpful email back from customer support which clearly showed that myhermes had delivered my beer to a completely different address. Flavourly arranged for a replacement to be sent out which much to my surprise has just arrived.

    Clearly this isn't the fault of Flavourly but the poor organisation and dishonesty of some of their drivers.

    Why you still use them after the numerous posts about non deliveries etc surprises me.

    Please consider changing your delivery company Flavourly and you may have more positive feedback.

    Can't fault Flavourly themselves 👍

    My order was a 3 part order, only 2 parts were delivered to my "safe place" as per the "myhermes" delivery options. Only 2 parts (re the tracking numbers) have the photo taken by the Hermes delivery driver, even though all three of the tracking numbers say they have been delivered.
    I have emailed Flavourly to tell tjem of the problem, and also suggested that there could be an option for customers to pay the extra to get there beer delivered by a different courier if they prefer. I for one wouldn't mind paying an extra few quid to get my beers delivered by Yodel, i never had any problems when Flavourly used those guys in the past, but it would seem that since they changed to Hermes, there are far too many issues.
    I am sure that Flavourly moved to Hermes because of the charges of deliveries, but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for".
    I for one, would be happy to pay the extra few quid for the option to change the delivery courier if i know that by doing so, my order will arrive on time, complete, and un-damaged.
