Despite our best efforts, every once in a while, a parcel is damaged on its way to your door. This is always disappointing, but we want to make sure we get things sorted as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we often are not aware of this until your order returns to our warehouse – which can take some time.
Customers are often informed of damage before we are. If you look at your tracking information and see that your parcel is being returned to us, please do let us know as soon as you can! We want you to enjoy your drinks as soon as possible, and so we’ll always work to resolve your issues as a matter of urgency.
