Despite our best efforts, every once in a while, a parcel is damaged on its way to your door. This is always disappointing, but we want to make sure we get things sorted as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we often are not aware of this until your order returns to our warehouse – which can take some time.
Customers are often informed of damage before we are. If you look at your tracking information and see that your parcel is being returned to us, please do let us know as soon as you can! We want you to enjoy your drinks as soon as possible, and so we’ll always work to resolve your issues as a matter of urgency.

Tracking shows my order is on it's way back. What happens how ??
Hello, my order is on it's way back to you, appreciate you have noted to get in touch but no clear way on how to get in touch. I have sent a message on the "Contact Us" page but not recieved any notification to say this is sent, or recieved, or timframe for response, would appreciate an update please??

Hello, my order has some kind of problem and the courier has told me to contact you???, appreciate you have noted to get in touch but no clear way on how to get in touch. I have sent a message on the "Contact Us" page. So far the tracking of parcels by Hermes is below satisfactory having not recieved any notifications to say the parcel will be delivered on a certain day? They are now saying they tried to deliver it yesterday but we went out as I had notified them well in advance to place the order in my porch. I tried to clarify the problem with Hermes yesterday and everything is automated, the online chat the telephone. You get nowhere. I also received a message saying to contact yourselves as there had been a problem with some parcels. Would appreciate an update please
My order was due on October 12th. Next message I got was that it’s on it’s way back to you. What happens next? It’s a birthday present so is needed soon.
