From time to time, try as we might to avoid it, damages do happen to your order on its way to your door. When that happens we want to make sure we get things sorted for you as quickly as possible- but we often don’t know until your order returns to our warehouse- this can take several days.
As soon as we are informed of this we will always work to get a speedy resolution for you, but often you know about any damages or returns before we do! If in your tracking information, you see that your parcel is being returned to us, then please do let us know. Here at Flavourly, we want to make sure you enjoy your drinks as quickly as possible.
