If your box has been mistakenly dispatched to your old address, let us know as soon as possible so that we can update our system records with your new address.
Unfortunately, if your Flavourly box has already been collected or delivered by our couriers, we are not able to redirect it.
We suggest that you get in touch with the new tenants at your old address and collect it from them if possible.
The delivery driver will attempt delivery and if no one is home, the box may be left in your safe place (if you requested one) or with one of the neighbours.
If neither of these cases is possible, the box will be taken to the local Post Office, for Royal Mail orders, where it will be kept for collection for 18 days before getting returned to us. If sent with UK Mail delivery will be attempted 3 times before being returned to us.
We will only be able to re-issue a box to your new address once the original box is returned to us.
