If you would like to make a return, please make sure of the following:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns will only be accepted of the full order, in the same condition as received.
So long as your order meets these criteria, we would be happy to arrange for a collection for you. Please get in touch with our customer service team, with the best weekday for the collection to be made, and one of our agents will sort this out for you. Due to the charge incurred to Flavourly for collections, we do charge a small fee of £5 for returns. Your refund will be processed as soon as your order has been collected by our courier. Our product team works extremely hard to bring you the best craft drinks from around the globe, and we love our products. We do recognise, however, that everyone's palate is different, and we can only apologise that your order isn't quite up your street. Please do take a look at our Style recommendations, put together by our product team, so you can get a better idea of what might be a little more to your taste. A refund or return will not be offered for beer that is not to your personal taste.
