You can cancel your Flavourly membership at any point- and you’re free to restart whenever works for you. We’re always sad to see one of our subscribers go, but we understand that circumstances change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you.
You can cancel any membership on our website, by following these steps. The process should take approximately one minute:
- Log into your account by clicking “sign in” on the top right-hand side of our website, and entering your username and password.
- Where the “sign in” button used to be, you will now see “Hi, [Your Name].” Click on this, and select “Memberships” from the menu that opens.
- Here you will see a list of all memberships associated with your account – all you have to do from here is click “Cancel Membership” and fill in the following short questionnaire, and your membership is closed.
These memberships can be re-activated at any time on our website. If you need any further help then please do contact our customer support team.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before midnight on the day your membership is set to recur.
