    This is the same as last order I had glasses not packed well, will not order from you anymore. I thought they would be nice xmas present

    Every can damaged, one has burst on the magazine and emptied half the can. This after it sat at Hermes for over a week.

    Was really looking forward to my recent order as the selection looked brilliant. Very disappointed with Hermes. I've had 2 damaged parcels off them. The last one came in a bag as the box looked as thought it had been kicked around a warehouse. The box was split open, the glasses, snack, magazine and most of the cans were missing. The cans that were left in the box were all damaged. Reported to flavourly, waiting for hermes to pick up to return for a refund. Will not be ordering again whilst they use Hermes for deliveries.

    Have contacted you earlier and just seen this section. Hermes delivered my order this morning except they didn't deliver it all, there was 4 cases ordered and only 3 delivered. Have also attempted to raise with Hermes but they make that exceptionally difficult. Don't think it's a good idea that every box has "drink" printed on it from previous experience with Hermes wouldn't put it past them to have stolen the missing box. Hermes merely quotes GPS location as proof of delivery, no photo of packages at door like other couriers do so of course there is no proof they delivered anything at all! So when can I except a replacement or refund?

    every one of the 48 cans just delivered has small dents, they look like seconds

    aweful. and your support in non-existent.   no way to contact by chat or phone

    My order arrived in a huge plastic crate from DPD - because the cardboard box they should have come in had split and the contents had obviously spilled out as there were many cans with little dings and dents in them!

    Not happy with DPD either who ignored my delivery instructions. Won't be re-ordering anytime soon if you continue to use DPD.

    I have messaged you via the contact form and attached numerous photos. I have had no email to say that you’ve received my message.
    In short, first time customer, bought mixed case for a gift and its arrived in appalling state. One can split meaning box and contents all over the place, all cans dented and sticky with beer, snacks crushed and magazine ruined.
    I am hoping customer services here can win me back over as so far extreme disappointed.

    I have just had the same experience. Every single can dented and one holed and leaking making the outer carton saturated. I wish I had read all the comments about damaged deliveries before ordering, but we were very pleased with the first delivery which as far as I remember was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed most of the beers and wanted to re-order. Not sure I will do again if this is what happens.

    For the 4th time delivery from DPD failed. They don’t know how to use doorbell. Last box was dropped and cans leaked. Can get a response from anybody, won’t be using you again

    I was credited for my damaged delivery and have now received two more orders which were perfect. The service that I received from customer services was very fast and so I will forgive the blip and carry on ordering.

    This site is ridiculous, have to jump through a whole new set of hoops just to complain that after my damaged goods were returned by DPD, I haven’t received a refund or a replacement or even a message about it yet. So please can someone advice me how on earth I complain or even speak to someone at flavourly?

    Good morning. I have just received my selection of craft lagers and ales. It supposed to be a gift to pass onto someone. It has arrived with a damaged box and a number of cans dented and damaged. 2 cans are virtually empty due to splitting and all the packaging and brochure is soaking wet. DPD have also taken a photo of the damaged package. I decided to purchase from yourselves again for a second time but disappointed with state of the delivery. Please advise what you can offer to compensate for my damaged package. I have photos to send as proof. Thanks.

    Very disappointing. Box of 24 cans arrived today and most cans are dented. Two cans badly damaged and beer leaked out. Have sent message to costumer service team asking for a full refund.
