We know that you're eagerly awaiting your Flavourly order, and we want to make sure your tasty drinks are sent out to you as quickly as possible.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been successful, and will now be processed by our warehouse. You can keep an eye on the progress of your order through your Flavourly account.
Following that, as soon as our courier receives your package at one of their hubs, they will send you an email with an estimated delivery date and time. Your delivery window email will list your driver’s name, and a one-hour window to expect your parcel. You can track your order, or request any necessary changes, by clicking the link on any of our couriers' emails, entering your tracking number or via the App.
Our courier aims to deliver your order to your door, in two to three working days. Our couriers do deliver on Saturdays but no deliveries are available on Sundays at present.
I have still not received my order which has apparently been delayed with Hermes since 22nd April.. no updates and Hermes directs contact back to flavourly... Please can you update or refund

Still awaiting delivery. Hermes website has said "24 hour delay" since last Monday. Flavourly contacted me on Saturday and said they had contacted Hermes, but I've had no update. I would like an update or a refund please.
It might be worth changing your courier; DPD managed to deliver within 24 hours, DHL are delivering me some beer tomorrow that I ordered yesterday (not from Flavourly). Extremely poor from Hermes.
Dont know why companies still use Hermes - they NEVER deliver - Apparently the drive had problems accessing my house, no idea why as nobody else has issues, bog standard house in bog standard estate!
Where is my parcel now? No idea - Cant contact Hermes as they say I need to contact Flavourly but cant contact them by phone, only email, meanwhile I have no idea if the Hermes driver is sitting at home drinking my beer!!!
Hermes are actually that bad that Im sorry to say I wont be ordering anything from you guys again, if I had known Hermes was the delivery company I would not even have placed the initial order, they genuinely are that bad
My order also gone to Delayed 24 hours since Friday with no further updates which suggests its been 'lost'
No way of contacting anyone at Hermes.
As previous customer says, it will put me off ordering again as i wanted the beers for the weekend and had to buy elsewhere.
Same issue as the above. Ordered and now its just sitting at Hermes. No way of getting in touch of Hermes as they revert us back here. Emailed Flavourly on Sunday no response yet.
If I dont receive it in next 24hours then will be asking for a refund as this was a Birthday gift and its lost its value now.
Please never use Hermes! As soon as the email came through i was so disappointed, Hermes are the worst delivery company possible with horrendous customer service, it must add so much time to your day as they force the retailer to resolve the issue when their sole job is to delivery a parcel and cannot accomplish that effectively. Not even an update on Hermes from 'your courier has your parcel and is due today' (2 days ago)
When when will I receive my order, placed on 30 th of April and money has been taken from my account already..... not a policy I expect!

Just so just so you know I am very upset and annoyed even with the current situation with the virus I would expect better service.

I have encountered the same problem as many others. Hermes has delivered 5 Flavourly deliveries in the past 3 months but now says there is a problem with the address. Hermes apparently can’t or won’t help directing me to Flavourly and Flavourly has no phone contact point! Please refund the money paid for the goods which are seemingly not going to be delivered. Please advise when this has been done.
Did any of the above ever receive their goods or a refund?
Is this all a scam? I haven’t had a delivery either. The tracking now isn’t found. Flavourly need shuttle g down if they are scamming.
Got an email from money saving expert and had a great deal about the flavourly package, so I decided to buy a case.
Once I seen it was getting delivered by Hermes I knew this would never be fulfilled.
Today Hermes said it's delivered but it is not.
Will wait a day or two, but if this is not resolved then I will never recommend flavourly...
If I was them I would get rid of Hermes, not unless this is all a scam

Hi, My order number is 600407. I got email that says my order will get delivered on Wednesday (14 /10/2020) but when track my order with DPD. It says "We've received your order details, but have not received your parcel " can you let me know the update please. I have 2 other order as well and have the same message from DPD

I received an email last week telling me that my order would be delivered on Friday 16 October. It did not arrive and the DPD tracking link tells me that DPD have not yet received my order either.
