We understand that this may be a disappointing or unwelcome delay, but the safety of our customers, couriers and staff is of the utmost importance to us here at Flavourly.
We know that you're eagerly awaiting your Flavourly order, and we want to make sure your tasty drinks are sent out to you as quickly as possible.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been successful, and will now be processed by our warehouse. You can keep an eye on the progress of your order through your Flavourly account.
Following that, as soon as DPD receive your package at one of their hubs, they will send you an email with an estimated delivery date and time. Your delivery window email will list your driver’s name, and a one-hour window to expect your parcel. You can track your order, or request any necessary changes, by clicking the link on any of DPD’s emails, entering your tracking number at www.dpd.co.uk/, or via the DPD App.
Our courier aims to deliver your order to your door, in two to three working days. Our couriers do deliver on Saturdays but no deliveries are available on Sundays at present.
