We know that you're eagerly awaiting your Flavourly order, and we want to make sure your tasty drinks are sent out to you as quickly as possible.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been successful, and will now be processed by our warehouse. You can keep an eye on the progress of your order through your Flavourly account.
As soon as your order has been scanned by our courier, you’ll receive an email from us to let you know that your order is on the way (hooray!). This email will contain your unique tracking number, so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order to your door. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (you can also find this in your Flavourly account).
Our courier aims to deliver your order, to your door, in two to three working days. Monday to Friday, our warehouse team dispatch all orders received before midday the same day – or the next working day at the very latest. Our couriers do deliver on Saturdays but no deliveries are available on Sundays at present.
