Forgot to add delivery instructions? No problem! The easiest way to do so is to contact the courier themselves, you can request to add delivery instructions through your tracking information.
If you have trouble adding the instructions yourself, then please do get in touch with our support team, with the instructions you would like to add, and one of our agents will sort that out for you as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: While we would love to make all the changes you request, deliveries can only be amended so much. We cannot redirect to an address out with the delivery postcode. Please keep instructions as straight forward as possible to ensure that they are successfully followed by our courier.
