Please be aware that once your order is placed, there is a small window of opportunity to contact us to request changes – once your order is no longer in 'processing', unfortunately, your order is out of our hands and we are unable to cancel this for you. What we can do is, when your order reaches our courier, we can apply a 'return to sender' to prevent your order reaching you. Due to the cost incurred by this, we do charge a small fee of £5 for this action to be carried out.
