Circumstances change, and we completely understand that. Should you wish to cancel your order, do get in touch with our customer support team as soon as you can, and we will work to come up with the best possible solution.
Our warehouse team works hard to ensure that all of our parcels are dispatched as urgently as possible, and as such please do be aware that there is only a small window of opportunity to request any changes to your order. Once your order is no longer “processing”, and is packing, packed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel this order.
We are able to request that the courier returns this to our warehouse, where we can make any necessary changes, or refund this parcel. Due to the cost incurred by this, however, we are required to charge a small fee of £5 for this service.
Please Note: Our Customer Service Team is available within our office hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday. If you contact us outside of these hours, we may be unable to action your request before your parcel is packed.
