    Hi, I just ordered 20 craft beers for £19 but I received an invoice indicating that I paid £70. When processing the payment the amount to be paid was £20, I do not understand how I receive an invoice for £ 70. thank very much

    I need to change my address as it is wrong but all of the communication options say they will be in touch by the end of the next working day which might be too late

    Your chat option doesn’t work. Your website added a different case of beer even though I had taken it out of my basket before going to check out. Now I have been charged almost £70 rather than the £5.99 I was expecting. I need a refund.

    My order has, according to tracking, apparently been with Hermes since 3rd May (15 days) and has still to be sent to the courier. Whilst I accept these are difficult times this is unacceptable. It is impossible to contact Hermes they only have a automated system which says they have got the parcel which I know from emails, and I cannot contact Flavourly to get a follow up or to cancel my order, emailed a customer contact last week and still no reply even though they say within 72 hours. Getting a refund looks like being a nightmare. This will be the last time I order anything from Flavourly. I ordered from Beer52 and the order arrived in 2 days!! That is proper service.

    Worst ever site. Cannot send a message. Cannot chat. Have to log in twice. Cannot cancel an order without a charge. Took payment twice off my credit card. J will never recommend Flavourly and will complain on Martin Lewis site ask found this offer there.
    I had a problem once before when I ordered via Voucher. I never got my order nor my voucher back. DONT TRUST FLAVOURLY!
